Board of Dredging Corporation of India appoints director
At meeting held on 31 December 2020
The Board of Dredging Corporation of India at its meeting held on 31 December 2020 has accorded approval for appointment of Vineet Kumar as Additional Director (Non-executive Director) on the Board of the Company effective from the date of his taking charge as Director/ date of consent as per DIR 2 / having active Director Identification number whichever is later for a period upto the date of the next Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) wherein the formal approval of the General body would be sought for his regular appointment.” He will continue as director of the company till his continuation as Chairman of Paradip Port Trust.
