The Board of Ramco Systems has approved the allotment of 10,024 equity shares of Rs.10/- each, being the exercise of 1,500 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2009 - Plan A, (ESOS 2009 - Plan A), 1,511 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2009 - Plan B (ESOS 2009 - Plan B), 4,310 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2013 (ESOS 2013) and 2,703 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2014 (ESOS 2014).
