Board of Hinduja Global Solutions recommends second interim dividend
Of Rs 6 per share
Hinduja Global Solutions announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 9 November 2020, inter alia, have recommended the second interim dividend of Rs 6 per equity Share (i.e. 60%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
