Board of Manorama Industries approves change in trading platform
At meeting held on 29 October 2020
The Board of Manorama Industries at its meeting held on 29 October 2020 has approved the proposal of migration of Equity Shares of the Company from SME platform of BSE to the Main Board of BSE, subject to approval of members of the Company by way of a special resolution through postal ballot and other related matters.
