Cubex Tubings plans to allot 8.25 lakh equity shares at Rs 48 per share and 8.80 lakh warrants at Rs 48 (to be converted into equity shares of face value of Rs 10 with a premium of Rs 38 within 18 months from the date of allotment) to the person other than promoters.

The board also approved the issue of 6.25 lakh warrants at Rs 48 (to be converted into equity shares of face value of Rs 10 with a premium of Rs 38 within 18 months from the date of allotment) to the promoters.
