Board of Pfizer recommends special dividend
Of Rs 320 per share
Pfizer announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 April 2020, inter alia, have recommended the special dividend of Rs 320 per equity Share (i.e. 3200%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
