Board of Polyplex Corporation approves buyback of shares
At meeting held on 09 April 2020
The Board of Polyplex Corporation at its meeting held on 09 April 2020 has approved buyback of shares for a price not exceeding Rs 475 per share payable in cash for an aggregate maximum amount not exceeding Rs 54.81 crore.
