Atul Auto incorporates subsidiary - Atul Greentech
On 28 January 2020
Atul Auto has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary company namely, Atul Greentech with an objective of manufacturing battery packs, battery management system, battery charger, tools, equipment, fittings, raw material etc. for the purpose of electric vehicles and supply for ESS and various other purposes.
