All the underlying equity shares have already been issued and allotted by the Company in favour of The Bank of New York Mellon, Depository and as such, as on date, there are no outstanding shares to be issued in favour of the Depository for GDR holders The Company in consultation with the Depository, will initiate the process for termination of GDRs in terms of the Deposit Agreement with the Depository.
