Board of Prime Securities to consider scheme of arrangement
On 09 January 2020
The Board of Prime Securities will meet on 09 January 2020 to consider the scheme of arrangement comprising of merger of Primesec Investments and Prime Commodities Broking (India), both wholly owned subsidiaries, with Prime Securities and reorganisation of capital of the company.
