NHPC announces cessation of Chairman and MD
With effect from 31 December 2019
NHPC announced that Balraj Joshi has ceased to be Chairman and Managing Director of the company with effect from 31 December 2019 upon attaining the age of superannuation. The Ministry of Power vide its order dated 31 December 2019 has entrusted additional charge of post of CMD, NHPC to Ratish Kumar, Director (Projects) with effect from 01 January 2020 till 31 March 2020 or till the date of appointment of a regular incumbent to the post or until further orders, whichever event occurs at the earliest.
