Cochin Shipyard announced that the company has been declared as the successful Resolution Applicant by the Committee of Creditors (CoC) of Tebma Shipyards under the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
