Board of Hester Biosciences to consider fund raising proposal
On 18 December 2019
Hester Biosciences announced that the Board of Directors of the company will meet on 18 December 2019 to consider the proposal of raising of funds by way of issue of equity shares, and/or equity linked securities and/or securities convertible into equity shares through Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) or preferential allotment.
