Viceroy Hotels members for share allotment to promoters
Increase borrowing powers to Rs 1000 crore
Viceroy Hotels has informed that members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on 30 December 2005, have agreed to the audited accounts for the financial year 2004-05 along with the directors report and auditors report thereon. They have consented to issue 81.71 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 77.50 per share to promoters and other strategic investors as detailed on the notice of AGM. It has also been decided to allocate 78,28,455 warrants convertible into equivalent equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 77.50/- per share to Promoters and other strategic investors as detailed in the Notice of the AGM.
Members have also increase the borrowing powers of the company from Rs 500 crore to Rs 1000 crore.
