Walchandnagar Industries Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the company at the meeting held on 19 November, 2005, have recommended a dividend of 30% on the equity shares of Rs 10 each,. Rs 3 per share, subject to the approval by the members of the company at the AGM.
