Balaji Amines Ltd has entered into a strategic arrangement with BASF. The Company will supply N-Methyl-2-Pyrrolidone (NMP) to BASF and its Associates for the next two years at a price mutually agreed upon. An agreement has been signed to this effect between the Company and BASF.

The BASF has also in turn agreed to supply Gama Butyrolactone for the next two years at a mutually agreed price.
