Board of Uttam Sugar Mills approves raising of funds up to Rs 300 cr
At meeting held on 10 August 2019
The Board of Uttam Sugar Mills at its meeting held on 10 August 2019 has approved raising of funds for an aggregate sum not exceeding Rs 300 crore by way of further issue of securities (convertible / non-convertible) through private placement/ preferential allotment or otherwise to fund capital expenditure / repayment of loans and working capital requirements.
