Petronet LNG director resigns
Petronet LNG announced that B. C. Tripathi resigned from the Board of Petronet LNG w.e.f. 01 August 2019 consequent to completion of his tenure as Chairman and Managing Director of GAIL (India) on 31 July, 2019. Therefore, he ceases to be Director of the Company w.e.f. 1 August, 2019.
