Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services allots NCDs aggregating Rs 900 cr
On 30 May 2019
Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services has approved the allotment of 9,000 Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures ('NCDs') of the face value of Rs. 10,00,000 each, at par, aggregating to Rs. 900 crore.
