Board of Genesys International Corporation recommends Final Dividend
Of Rs.0.125 per share
Genesys International Corporation announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 May 2019, has recommended a Final dividend of Rs.0.125 per share (i.e.2.5%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
