Board of Action Construction Equipments approves buyback of shares
At meeting held on 16 May 2019
The Board of Action Construction Equipments at its meeting held on 16 May 2019 has approved the buyback of company's fully paid equity shares for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs 34.25 crore and for a price not exceeding Rs 125. At maximum buyback price and for maximum buyback size, the indicative maximum number of equity shares bought back would be 27.40 lakh, which is 2.34% of the total number of equity shares of the company.
