EIH Associated Hotels has stated that its shareholders, at the 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on 29 July 2005, inter alia, have accorded their approval to the proposal related to the appointment of Vikram Oberoi as managing director of the company for a period of five years commencing from 23 June 2005.
