Ram Ratna Wires Chairman resigns
With effect from 31 March 2019
Ram Ratna Wires announced that Rameshwarlal Kabra (DIN No. 00150875), Chairman and Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, has vide letter dated 22 March, 2019, tendered his resignation as Chairman and Director of the Company effective from the closure of business on 31 March, 2019.
