BSEL Infrastructure Realty’s shareholders, at the Annual General Meeting (AGM), held on 29 August 2005, inter alia, have approved the following:

1. Audited Balance Sheet as at 31 March 2005, Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on that date, and the reports of the directors and auditors thereon.

2. Declaration of dividend @ 10% on the equity share capital.
