Solara Active Pharma Sciences to sell API facility at Mahad for Rs 46.4 cr
Solara Active Pharma Sciences has entered into a business transfer agreement with Sequent Scientific for sale of API facility at Mahad, India. The total consideration for the unit would be Rs 464 crore
