a) ICRA has reaffirmed the long term rating as ICRA (AA minus) (pronounced ICRA double A minus). The outlook on the long term facilities has been revised to 'Stable' from 'Positive'.

CARE ratings has reaffirmed the long term bank facilities as CARE AA (pronounced double A) with outlook as 'Negative'

b) ICRA and CARE have reaffirmed rating for the short term bank facilities as ICRA A1+ and CARE A1+ respectively.
