Resignation of K. Ramaseshan as Additional Director, Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company due to personal circumstances with effect from 17 July 2018. He will continue to hold office as Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) up to September 21, 2018 after serving the notice period, as decided and approved by the Board.
