GTL Infrastructure to allot 27.81 equity shares
On conversion of bonds
GTL Infrastructure announced that the Committee of the Company at its meeting held on 04 July 2018, has considered allotment of 27,81,418 equity shares consequent to conversion for 427 Zero Coupon Compulsorily Convertible Bonds (Series B1 Bonds) aggregating to US$ 0.427 Mn. at a conversion price of Rs. 10 per share. Post this conversion, outstanding Series B1 Bonds are US$ 54.856 Mn. as on 04 July 2018.
