The Board of California Software Company will meet on 13 July 2018 to consider and approve the following items, which makes Calsoft as
Global Leadership in the space of Clinical Research -
• to acquire a majority stake in PSL SoftTech (Clinevo®Technologies, www.clinevotech.com) providing IT and implementing innovative technologies which involves Data Warehousing, Analytics, Collaboration, Automation, and Artificial Intelligence in Clinical Research.
• to acquire a majority stake in Global Allied Pharmaceuticals Private Limited (Gapsos, www.gapsos.in) providing Clinical Research Services. Currently Gapsos operates over 10 countries including Brazil, Mexico, Russia, France, Japan and China in partnering with Global Allied
Pharmaceuticals LLC, USA.
• to acquire Clinical Data Management, Monitoring and Conducting hardware's and software's for conducting and monitoring clinical trials from Hysynth Biotechnologies.
• to consider and take on record the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30 June 2018
