Board of DCM Shriram approves buyback of shares up to Rs 250 cr
At meeting held on 18 June 2018
The Board of DCM Shriram at its meeting held on 18 June 2018 has approved the buyback of fully paid up equity share of face value of Rs 2 each, for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs 250 crore at a price not exceeding Rs 450 per equity share payable in cash.
