Board of KDDL approves fund raising up to Rs 20 crore
At meeting held on 15 June 2018
The Board of KDDL at its meeting held on 15 June 2018 has considered and approved fund raising up to Rs 20 crore by way of preferential issue of 4.16 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each at Rs 480 per share (including a premium of Rs 470 per share).
