Board of CARE Ratings recommends special dividend
Of Rs.25 per share
CARE Ratings announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 May 2018, has recommended a special dividend of Rs.25 per share (i.e.250%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
