Board of JK Tyre & Industries approves dividend
Of Rs.1.50 per share
JK Tyre & Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 17 May 2018, has recommended a final dividend of Rs.1.50 per share (i.e.75%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
