Board of Tata Investment Corporation recommends special dividend
Of Rs.2 per share
Tata Investment Corporation announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 7 May 2018, inter alia, have recommended the special dividend of Rs 2 per equity Share (i.e. 20%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
