Outcome of board meeting of Take Solutions
Held on 22 March 2018
The board of Take Solutions has approved the allotment of 1,46,97,200 equity shares of Re 1 each at a premium of Rs 169.10 per share aggregating Rs 249.99 crore on preferential basis to Take Solutions, Singapore, one of the promoters of the company.
