Performance for 9 months ended Sep 17

The company reported a 5% increase in net sales for the 9 months ended Sep 17 to Rs 265.71 crore. OPM was lower by about 230 bps to 14.6%, resulting in OP fall of 9% to Rs 38.73 crore. Other income stood at Rs 1.71 crore down by 6% YoY. Interest and depreciation costs stood at Rs 0.24 crore and Rs 4.03 crore respectively, after which PBT stood at Rs 36.17 crore, down by 11% YoY. With total tax of Rs 12.33 crore, down by 15% YoY, PAT for 9 months ended Sep 17 stood at Rs 23.84 crore, down by 8% YoY.

After declaring 1^st interim dividend of Rs 6 per equity share of face value of Rs 10 each, the company declared its 2^nd interim dividend of Rs 7 per equity share of face value of Rs 10 each for FY 18.
