Performance for the 12 months ended Dec 2016

For the 12 months ended Dec'16, net sales were up by 17% to Rs 821.51 crore. OPM was higher by 10 bps to 18% resulting a 27% rise in OP to Rs 12.99 crore. Other income was higher by 27% to Rs 12.99 rore. Depreciation was up by 18% to Rs 27.45 crore, thus PBT was up by 19% to Rs 133.33 crore. After providing total tax of Rs 46.22 crore, up by 19%, PAT for the 12 months ended Dec'16 was up by 18% YoY to Rs 87.11 crore.

The Board of directors have recommended a dividend of Rs 6.5 per share of face value of Rs 10 each for CY 2016.
