Other income was up by 73% to Rs 10.38 crore. Interest costs were up by 133% to Rs 0.14 crore. Depreciation was higher by 13% to Rs 1.60 crore. Thus, profit at PBT level stood at Rs 26.94 crore as compared to profit of Rs 13.27 crore for Mar'15 quarter. There was a tax provision of Rs 7.73 crore as compared to tax provision of Rs 1.09 crore for Mar'15 quarter. Thus, after tax provisions, PAT for Mar'16 quarter stood at Rs 19.21 crore up by 58% on YoY basis.

Annual performance for the year ended March 2016

For FY'16, net sales of the company stood at Rs 563.30 crore, up by 9% YoY. OPM was up by 280 bps to 6.6% which has resulted a 89% increase in OP to Rs 37.42 crore. Other income was up by 34% to Rs 28.29 crore. Interest costs was higher by 47% to Rs 0.44 crore and depreciation was lower by 17% to Rs 5.98 crore thus PBT stood at Rs 59.29 crore as compared to a PBT of Rs 33.39 crore for Mar'15. After providing total tax of Rs 15.31 crore, up by 207%, PAT for FY'16 stood at Rs 43.98 crore as compared to PAT of Rs 28.41 crore for Mar'15.

The board of directors have recommended a dividend of Rs 12.50 per share of Rs 10 each.
