For the Audited full year,net profit declined 8.69% to Rs 143.68 crore in the year ended March 2012 as against Rs 157.36 crore during the previous year ended March 2011. Sales rose 13.32% to Rs 3094.25 crore in the year ended March 2012 as against Rs 2730.52 crore during the previous year ended March 2011.
