Sales rose 28.23% to Rs 2259.00 crore in the quarter ended March 2012 as against Rs 1761.63 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2011.
For the audited full year, net profit declined 8.53% to Rs 181.33 crore in the year ended March 2012 as against Rs 198.25 crore during the previous year ended March 2011. Sales rose 48.58% to Rs 8157.88 crore in the year ended March 2012 as against Rs 5490.49 crore during the previous year ended March 2011.
In the consolidated results, the company reported net profit after minority interest of Rs 156.96 crore in the quarter ended March 2012 as against Rs 192.30 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2011. Sales reported to Rs 3231.40 crore in the quarter ended March 2012 as against Rs 2729.53 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2011.
In the consolidated full year results, the company reported net profit after minority interest of Rs 409.90 crore in the year ended March 2012 as against Rs 440.16 crore during the previous year ended March 2011. Sales reported to Rs 12153.29 crore in the year ended March 2012 as against Rs 8867.72 crore during the previous year ended March 2011.
