The company demerged its Storage Undertaking/ Division into a seperate company, Kesar Terminals & Infrastructure Ltd with effect from 01 January 2009. The values of previous full year ended June 2009 include the Storage Division and hence, the current full year ended June 2010 is not comparable with the previous full year ened June 2009.
