Net profit of Aditya Forge rose 35.29% to Rs 0.46 crore in the quarter ended December 2009 as against Rs 0.34 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2008. Sales declined 54.45% to Rs 5.79 crore in the quarter ended December 2009 as against Rs 12.71 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2008.
