Net profit of Kennametal India rose 2.34% to Rs 15.29 crore in the quarter ended June 2007 as against Rs 14.94 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2006. Sales rose 13.43% to Rs 96.93 crore in the quarter ended June 2007 as against Rs 85.45 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2006.

For the full year, net profit declined 3.65% to Rs 42.26 crore in the year ended June 2007 as against Rs 43.86 crore during the previous year ended June 2006. Sales rose 11.33% to Rs 357.22 crore in the year ended June 2007 as against Rs 320.86 crore during the previous year ended June 2006.
