Net profit of Vadilal Industries declined 12.77% to Rs 1.64 crore in the quarter ended March 2007 as against Rs 1.88 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2006.Sales rose 0.73% to Rs 26.11 crore in the quarter ended March 2007 as against Rs 25.92 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2006.

For the full year,net profit rose 51.08% to Rs 5.59 crore in the year ended March 2007 as against Rs 3.70 crore during the previous year ended March2006.Sales rose 22.51% to Rs 118.54 crore in the year ended March 2007 as against Rs 96.76 crore during the previous year ended March 2006.
