Net profit of Morarjee Textiles declined 66.36% to Rs 1.45 crore in the quarter ended March 2007 as against Rs 4.31 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2006. Sales rose 14.73% to Rs 57.33 crore in the quarter ended March 2007 as against Rs 49.97 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2006.

For the full year, net profit declined 19.43% to Rs 8.42 crore in the year ended March 2007 as against Rs 10.45 crore during the previous year ended March 2006. Sales rose 24.97% to Rs 212.51 crore in the year ended March 2007 as against Rs 170.05 crore during the previous year ended March 2006.
