Sales of India segment has gone up 39.24% to Rs 79.60 crore (accounting for 33.17% of total sales). Sales of Asia (Other Than China) segment rose 33.95% to Rs 17.20 crore (accounting for 7.17% of total sales). Sales of Europe segment has gone down 6.89% to Rs 112.65 crore (accounting for 46.94% of total sales). Sales of Others segment has gone up 94.94% to Rs 30.55 crore (accounting for 12.73% of total sales). Operating profit margin has jumped from 10.52% to 11.01%, leading to 21.18% rise in operating profit to Rs 26.43 crore. Raw material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) increased from 41.77% to 43.58%. Employee cost decreased from 18.42% to 16.98%. Other expenses fell from 29.44% to 28.47%.
Other income fell 89.96% to Rs 0.98 crore. PBIDT fell 13.18% to Rs 27.41 crore. Provision for interest fell 16.67% to Rs 1.5 crore.
PBDT fell 12.97% to Rs 25.91 crore. Provision for depreciation fell 4.44% to Rs 18.73 crore.
Profit before tax down 29.40% to Rs 7.18 crore. Share of profit/loss were nil in both the periods. Provision for tax was expense of Rs 2.99 crore, compared to Rs 3.38 crore. Effective tax rate was 41.64% compared to 32.47%.
Minority interest was nil in both the periods. Net profit attributable to owners of the company decreased 40.40% to Rs 4.19 crore.
Promoters’ stake was 65.37% as of 30 June 2022 ,compared to 65.37% as of 30 June 2021 .
