|
Consolidated net sales (including other operating income) of Yuken India has increased 58.31% to Rs 93.4 crore. Operating profit margin has jumped from 6.88% to 9.57%, leading to 120.20% rise in operating profit to Rs 8.94 crore. Raw material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) increased from 39.00% to 45.19%. Purchase of finished goods cost fell from 9.87% to 5.82%. Employee cost decreased from 16.91% to 12.97%. Other expenses fell from 27.49% to 26.86%. Other income fell 2.94% to Rs 0.66 crore. PBIDT rose 102.53% to Rs 9.6 crore. Provision for interest fell 3.61% to Rs 1.87 crore. PBDT rose 176.07% to Rs 7.73 crore. Provision for depreciation rose 20.75% to Rs 2.91 crore. Profit before tax grew 1,135.90% to Rs 4.82 crore. Share of profit/loss were nil in both the periods. Provision for tax was expense of Rs 1.53 crore, compared to Rs 0.33 crore. Effective tax rate was 31.74% compared to 82.50%. Minority interest was nil in both the periods. Net profit attributable to owners of the company increased 4,500% to Rs 3.22 crore.
- Sales of Hydraulic Business segment has gone up 54.95% to Rs 81.14 crore (accounting for 81.20% of total sales). Sales of Foundry Business segment rose 72.06% to Rs 18.78 crore (accounting for 18.80% of total sales). Inter-segment sales rose Rs 4.28 crore to Rs 6.52 crore.
- Profit before interest, tax and other unallocable items (PBIT) has jumped 113.59% to Rs 13.99 crore. PBIT of Hydraulic Business segment rose 93.08% to Rs 18.40 crore (accounting for 131.54% of total PBIT). PBIT of Foundry Business segment fell 48.01% to Rs -4.41 crore (accounting for -31.54% of total PBIT).
- PBIT margin of Hydraulic Business segment rose from 18.20% to 22.68%. PBIT margin of Foundry Business segment rose from negative 27.30% to negative 23.48%. Overall PBIT margin rose from 10.35% to 14.00%.
Promoters’ stake was 52.50% as of 30 June 2022 ,compared to 52.50% as of 30 June 2021 .
