KSE Ltd has posted a net profit of Rs 1.79 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2006 (Q4 FY 05-06) as compared to Rs 2.30 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2005 (Q4 FY 04-05). Total Income has increased to Rs 63.61 crore for Q4 FY 05-06 from Rs 53.94 crore in Q4 FY04-05.

The audited results are as follows

The company has posted a net profit of Rs 5.91 crore for the year ended March 31, 2006 (FY 05-06) as compared to Rs 6.75 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2005 (Q4 FY 04-05). Total Income has increased to Rs 240.76 crore for Q4 FY 05-06 from Rs 213.01 crore in Q4 FY 04-05.

The board of directors has recommended dividend at the rate of 125% (i.e. Rs 12.50 per equity share of Rs 10 each) to be approved in the ensuing Annual General meeting to be held on August 31, 2006.
