Ram Ratna Wires has posted a net profit of Rs 0.11 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2006 (Q4 FY 05-06) as compared to Rs 0.39 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2005 (Q4 FY 04-05). Total Income has increased to Rs 38.26 crore for Q4 FY 05-06 from Rs 29.85 crore in Q4 FY 04-05.

The audited results are as follows

The company has posted a net profit of Rs 1.89 crore for the year ended March 31, 2006 (FY 05-06) as compared to Rs 2.19 crore for the year ended March 31, 2005 (FY 04-05). Total Income has increased to Rs 133.13 crore for FY 05-06 from Rs 108.97 crore in FY 04-05.

The board has recommended a dividend of 12.5% on equity shares subject to shareholders approval.
