Performance for the 12 months ended Dec 17

For the 12 months ended Dec'17, net sales were up by 11% to Rs 911.27 crore. OPM was lower by 10 bps to 18.2% restricting the OP growth to 10% to Rs 165.91 crore. Other income was higher by 2% to Rs 13.22 crore. Depreciation was up by 8% to Rs 29.78 crore, thus PBT was up by 7% to Rs 144.91 crore. After providing total tax of Rs 50.46 crore, up by 7%, PAT for the 12 months ended Dec 17 was up by 6% YoY to Rs 94.45 crore.

The company has receivables of Rs 9.41 crore as on Mar 18 from certain customers against whom the insolvency proceedings have been initiated under the insolvency and bankruptcy code. Considering the relationship with the said customers, criticality of customer's products sold and amount collected from them, the management believes that the said receivables are good and carrying amount of the same is appropriate.
